Okay here’s the deal. I haven’t flown in over a year, and I’m going on a trip next month. I have some health/skin problems that I am treating with vitamin and mineral supplements, topical treatments, and special non-irritant make-up. So apparently, no liquids of 3 oz. or more…so, does that mean that the bottle size has to be 3 oz. or smaller too? Also, will they give me trouble about my supplements? I don’t have a prescription for taking these vitamins, and I keep them in a pill box. Should I transfer them to a zip lock bag? Can I bring a carry-on and put my vitamins in it??? Can I put my stuff like eye shadow, powder, in a carry-on? Only serious answers please!

They have bad condition shells, i have just bought some liquid calcium created for apple snails
however at this stage will it help them at all?
is it possible for their shells to get stronger and better?

ok so i got my prenatal vitamins they are big and unable to crush because they contain some thick brown liquid that makes me want to gag im gagging at everything as it is so i told my doctor and he told me that the nurse would give me samples so i could choose which ever is better for me so they did but they gave me all the same ones and its a bit smaller not a big differece and the same brown thick liquid and just the site makes me gag and i dont have another doctor appointment till next week and i want to take prenatal asap because i need them ive read that i can take 2 of the complete flinstones vitamins that contain folic acid as well which cost me like 16.99 if i buy those and take them and take them for my next doctor appointment to see if he okays it do you think he will agree with those being good for me? anyone gone through the same thing?
im 7 weeks pregnant and i have a strong gagging reflex like 24/7
