I know that Daily Value (DV) is the amount of the nutriment (as vitamin or mineral) is recommended for daily assumption.

Is there a brand of prenatals that come in a liquid capsule or soft gel.

I’m specifically interested in buying mass quantities of Choline, L-Carnitine, L-Tyrosine, & B/C Vitamins in liquid form. The reason for this being that I would like to do research on supplementing for fatigue and attention deficit.

I found this question on my chemistry book and it made confused. The figure in the book showed sodium metal in a petri dish with no cover and is exposed to air. It didn’t specify a kind of oil so it could be just any ordinary oil.

My hypothesis: The oil will coat the metal and prevent it to be exposed to air that may cause a reaction.

With morning breakfast, how much does caffeine/coffee affect the absorbtion rate of medicine and nutritional supplements– multi-vit, liquid calcium, magnesium, acidofilus, B12 and Omega 3,6 &9??

I’m a 20 year old male 5’10 – 204 lbs right now, getting down to 178-184.

My blood pressure is 154/76. Slightly above normal, but on the right track.

Will be doing exercise 3-5 days a week.
