i eat Total (cereal) everyday. it says that it contains 100% of daily vitamins and minerals in each bowl. the nutrients are vitamin C, calcium, iron, vitamin E, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, and zinc. can having more than 2 or 3 times the daily requirement harm you at all?
