Question About Prenatals!?
Yesterday i went and bought me some more prenatal vitamins. But i have a very hard time taking pills, normally when im sick, or i need medicine, my doctor will see if they have it in liquid, because i have such a hard time. These prenatals are pretty big, and i tried to take one yesterday, but i cant seem to do it. My husband said maybe i could crush it up into powder, or into little peices, and put it in something to drink, and drink it. But i wasnt sure on if that would be ok? We asked the lady at GNC about cutting it in half or thirds, and she said yes, so maybe i can do this! What do you think? Help please! Thanks!!
