I am a 5’6, 16 year old female. I generally eat healthy so I know I get some daily needs but I was wondering if there was a list of minerals/vitamins that teenagers need daily. And how could I get them if I am not. Such as a supplement, etc.

vitamins minerals nutrients carbohydrates everything. i want to know what everything does and what its for and how to inject/obtain/find it. things such as vitamin ABCD and such, and iron and fiber and all that. sorry for the bad grammar to all you English majors, but hit me up.
