I would like to know how the nutrients that are in dietary supplements such as multivitamin pills compare to the nutrients one gets from natural food/meals. Are they one and the same? Is one better than the other? Is there such a thing as a good quality or bad quality vitamin or mineral?

I am 22 weeks pregnant and since the day I found out I was pregnant I was treated for an UTI well I thought it had gone away so I quit taking medicine. Recently I have had a lot of discharge a couple weeks ago it was just white, gooey, and liquid. Now it is more creamy (like lotion), white, and it itches so it turns into clumps. Little balls of white basically. I know it’s disgusting. So don’t even get harsh on here because I hate that. If your going to be mean don’t answer. Obviously discharge is normal during pregnancy. But what do I do to cure this? I don’t want over the counter drugs that the doctor would give me because I have to take enough meds with my prenatal vitamins, my zofran (for nausea) and the UTI pill.
I was’nt taking the anti-biotics. I quit taking them because they made me sick. I just took 1 tonight because I want to see if it helps. Using unscented baby wipes, would that help?
