Why should people take liquid vitamins and minerals over pills? One reason is liquid is easier to take than pills. Another reason is because most liquid vitamins have a good taste. If you are having second thoughts about taking vitamin supplements, then rest easy. The American Medical Association (AMA) now recommends that everyone must take daily vitamin supplements. They noted that the recommendation was made to address the growing number of people who are deficient in one or more nutrients stated in the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) chart, due to diet or other reasons.

In general, many people can actually get their required vitamins and minerals from the food they consume. However, not everyone is capable of preparing or sticking to a nutritionally complete and balanced diet. In addition to that, people with medical problems may have increased nutritional needs, so meeting the recommended requirements for vitamins and minerals through food intake alone may be more difficult for them.

I heard it is good for hair, nails and skin. 1.Will I help clear my acne? 2.Will it make my hair and nails grow faster? Taking Amino Acids with weight loss program.?

I’m taking an amino acid supplement pills of 1 with my morning meal of 350mg L-tyrosine and 50mg acetyl L-carnitine, mid-day meal supplment of 300mg L-leucine, 50mg malate,50mg acetyl-L-carnitine and before bedtime 350 mg of L-arginine, 50mg of malic acid. Along with calcium and Vitamin D, and a Daily multi-vitamin. I also take phentermine. The diet consist if these med and also protein bars ,veggies and meat. And of course exercise. I was wondering is it good to be taking all these amino acids since your body produces some of them ?and if any of these meds have a side effect of hair loss?
Actually it’s only about 5 pills a day each time period amino acids are in one capsule. So it’s not that bad I. I do drink a protein shake or eat a protein bar twice a day. One for breakfast and one with a lunch of veggies

I am 25 and have purchased my first multi- vitamin bottle. (Its a multi vitamin/ multi-mineral with iron and calcium). I was just curious if I would see any noticeable benefits of taking a vitamin (such as more energy, healthier skin, less colds, etc). I would like people to answer from personal experience. Thanks.

My hair is about an inch below my sholders and i want to grow as long as possible beofre summer ends. I just recently started taking daily multi vitamins & minerals wich is in capsile form. Does this work?! if not, do you have any tips to make hair grow faster?
